Ingredients

1 ½ cupswhole milk
1 Tbspunsalted butter
1 Tbspall-purpose flour
1 ½ TbspSavory Mushroom & Herb Cooking Concentrate
¼ tspwhite pepper
Yellow cornmeal
to have on hand for dough
0.5 lbpizza dough
pre-made, or another pre-made pizza crust of your choice
1 cupmozzarella cheese
plus more to taste if needed
1 cupricotta
plus more to taste if needed

Chili flakes

1 bunchbasil
rolled up and cut into thin slices, to taste
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 475 F (or 500 F if your oven goes up that high.) Place a 12-inch cast iron skillet into the oven. NOTE: You can also use a sheet pan that can withstand heat up to 500 F.

2. Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add the butter and melt. Add the flour and whisk until combined and a roux is formed. It should have the consistency of wet sand. Slowly whisk in the milk, getting

rid of any clumps that might form. Once all of the milk is in the saucepan, continue to whisk and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and while mixing constantly, let the mixture thicken until it coats the back of a spoon. Add the Campbell’s FlavorUp!™

4. Working quickly, top with spoonful of sauce and spread it out onto the dough, leaving about 1-inch for the crust. Add grated mozzarella and dollops of ricotta on top.

5. Transfer the pizza to the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked to your liking. Finish it off with a swirl of extra virgin olive oil, chili flakes and fresh basil, if desired.
