Mini Black Forest Cheesecakes

Ingredients
6 servings
3Oreos
or choc ripple biscuits
⅔ cuplight cream cheese
½ cupyoghurt
1egg
2 Tbschocolate protein powder
or cocoa powder
5gcorn flour
¼ cupstevia
or granulated sweetener

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and lightly grease a 6 mould muffin tray.
Step 2
Whisk or beat cheesecake ingredients except Oreos together until smooth (for best results have ingredients at room temp).
Step 3
Twist Oreos and place in the base of each muffin mould. Pour cheesecake mixture on top and bake for 20 mins.
Step 4
Allow to cool slightly and then refrigerate for 3 hours until set.
Step 5
Spread 1-2 tsp of yoghurt over each cheesecake. Top with a cherry and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
