Step 1
-Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl or molcajete but save some pomegranate seed and cilantro leaves to garnish. -Be careful not to over mix as its best to have decent sized chunks of avocado throughout the guacamole
-Garnish your guacamole with the remaining pomegranate and cilantro and serve!
