Instructions
Step 1
Take two slices of ham and put it in a muffin tin. Here you can add cheese, but I did not, so I didn’t include it in the ingredients. This is something that you make your own you add whatever you want. I added onion and Serano pepper put the egg in a little bit of salt and pepper on top and a little bit more onion and Serano peppers.

Step 2
Once the oven is preheated to 400 place your muffin tin in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes depending on how cooked you’d like your egg. Pull out and serve.
Step 3
Just as a quick note, you can add any veggies that you want or omit things to this is yours to experiment with.
