Instructions

Sautéed onions

Step 1
Slice the onion
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the onions and seasoning. Fry for about 3min until they start turning slightly brown.

Add 2 tbsp of water and stir. Fry for another minute. Repeat this step 2-3 times until the onions become golden brown.

Roasted potatoes

Step 4
Peel and cut the potatoes into 0,5cm slices.

Heat up the oil and butter in a pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the potatoes and rosemary. Fry for about 3-4min. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for another 4min until crispy and golden brown on all sides.

Chicken

Slice the chicken.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high and add the chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 4-5 min until crispy and golden brown.

Wrap

Step 8
Spread the front center of the wrap with tartare sauce.
Step 9
Top it with the roasted potatoes, sautéed onions and chicken.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Place the cheese slices on top.

Toast the wrap in the oven at 200 degree upper lower heat for about 2-3min until the cheese has melted.
