Instructions
Roasted potatoes
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into 0,5cm slices.
Step 2
Heat up the oil and butter in a pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the potatoes. Fry for about 3-4min. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Fry for another 4min until crispy and golden brown on all sides.
Sandwich
Step 3
Cut the bread in half. Spread each side with 1tbsp olive oil. Toast until crispy and golden brown.
Step 4
Meanwhile slice the roasted chicken/turkey breast.
Step 5
Spread the bottom half of the bread with the cranberry jam.
Step 6
Place the roasted potatoes, pickled red cabbage and chicken/ turkey breast on top.
Step 7
Spread the upper bread half with the garlic mayonnaise and stack it on the other half. Enjoy!
