1chicken breast
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
½ tspgarlic powder
40mlsunflower oil
2slices Emmental cheese
2 Tbspbbq sauce

Instructions
Caramelized onions
Step 1
Slice the onion.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the onions and fry for 2 min.
Step 3
Add the pepper and stir.
Step 4
Now add the honey and let caramelize for another 1-2 minutes.
BBQ chicken
Step 5
Cut the chicken breast in half without cutting it fully through.
Step 6
Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Heat the oil in the pan. leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and fry for about 2min.
Step 8
Flip the chicken. Spread 1 tbsp of BBQ on the chicken breast. Fry for another 2min.
Step 9
Flip the chicken again. Spread the other half of the BBQ sauce on it.
Step 10
Place the cheese slices on top. Put on a lid and let the cheese melt for another minute.
Sandwich
Step 11
Cut the bread in half. Spread both sides with butter and toast until golden brown.

Meanwhile slice the tomato.
Step 13
Spread the bottom half of the bread with mayonnaise.
Step 14
Top it with the salad, tomatoes, chicken and caramelized onions.
Step 15
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
