Beetroot + walnut burger patties (recipe 👇🏼). I love these because they’re so quick to throw together, you don’t need to chill/rest the patty before cooking, and they have a really beautiful texture that goes perfectly in a burger. You can absolutely have these ready in 30 mins :)

Extras
Instructions
Step 1
Add all of the patty ingredients to a food processor and process for 30 seconds, scrapping the sides as needed. You want a uniform mixture, but we are not aiming for a smooth batter.
Step 2
Form into 6 even sized balls. Heat a frypan and add oil to cover, then add 3 patties. Flatten to form a patty shape, then fry for 5 minutes. Flip, and again fry 5 minutes.
Step 3
While the patties are frying cut burger buns in half and toast each side. Once this has been done add condiments of choice. Set aside.
Step 4
Once patties have cooked, add one to each bottom on the bun. Top with the remaining ingredients and enjoy immediately.
