Step 1
Cook pasta as per packaging instructions. Drain, then set aside.
Step 2
Heat pan on medium heat then add oil. After 1 minute, add garlic and mix with the oil for another minute.
Step 3
Add flour and mix continuously for 2 minutes. Then, add oregano and milk, once again mixing continuously until the mixture thickens up, for about 4 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, then transfer cooked pasta into the pan and combine with the sauce.
Step 5
Turn off the heat, add parsley and mix well. Serve immediately with parmesan, if desired.
