Instructions
Step 1
add couscous to a tupper-ware dish, cover with 400mL vegetable stock and leave covered with a lid for 10m.
Step 2
rub salt and pepper onto the salmon, then bake in an air fryer for ~10m.
Step 3
veg prep: cut the broccoli and beans, carrots and baby corn length-wise into bite-sized pieces.
Step 4
cut the pepper into cubes and slice the tomatoes in halves / thirds.
Step 5
put the veggies in boiling water for 3 minutes, then add pepper and tomatoes, wait until it boils and cook for 3 more minutes.
Step 6
drain the veggies and add to the cousous.
Step 7
flake the salmon and add to the couscous once it's done.
Step 8
add crème fraiche and top with pepper.
