Instructions

Step 1
cut the broccoli length-wise, beans into 3 parts, carrots in half then split into 3 parts length-wise, baby corn into 3 parts.
Step 2
cover with cold water in a small pot, cook on medium heat. salt generously.
Step 3
heat a pan on medium heat with 1 tbsp of olive oil. meanwhile, salt and pepper the salmon on both sides.
Step 4
cook for 7 minutes on skin, then flip and cook for additional 5 minutes, more if the salmon is thick.
Step 5
cut the pepper in cubes, add to the pot as soon as the veggies boil, wait until it boils again and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6
cut tomatoes in halves / thirds.
Step 7
add couscous and tomatoes into the pot, then cook until there's no water left, stirring occasionally.
Step 8
flake the salmon and add to the couscous once it's done.
Step 9
add crème fraiche and top with pepper.
