Instructions

Step 1
In the cold water add your meat ,bring to just boil ,turn down to low heat,cook for 3–4mins,wash them with cold water
Step 2
In a pot add everything in it,cover with cold water,you can add some white wine if you want to,cook about 1h30mins
Step 3
Make the roux with equal part of butter and flour,then your liquide ,until thick ,add cream and one yolk
Step 4
Put back your vegetables and your meat then enjoy
