Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine dressing ingredients, and set aside.
Step 2
Cook udon, rinse with cold water and set aside.
Step 3
Cook thin-sliced beef in boiled water for a minute.
Step 4
Place udon on a plate, add shredded lettuce, cooked beef, and tomatoes, and pour dressing.
Step 5
Garnish thin-sliced basil and sesame seed.
