Instructions

Monday

Step 1
Move from freezer to fridge

Tuesday

Step 2
Pull out of fridge and let thaw in sink during afternoon then put back in the fridge before bed.

Wednesday

Scrub sink.
Step 4
Put water with salt in sink

Remove plastic from turkey and clean out including between ribs

Let turkey soak
Step 7
Put tea towel in bottom of turkey pan

Once cleaned with clean water, put salt inside cavity

Place turkey in pan and cover with damp towel

Place in fridge

Thursday

Clean turkey again with clean water

Sprinkle salt inside the turkey and neck

Spray turkey pan with pam

After stuffing neck, place turkey in pan

Stuff turkey butt

Secure legs

Melt 1 cup of butter and pour over turkey

Salt & Pepper over top of turkey

Cover Turkey with pan top

**Make sure Vent (bottom) at neck and top vent at butt**

**15 minutes prior to turkey being done, remove top of pan and cook uncovered.

Stuffing

Pour large bag of cubed stuffing into large bowl.

Add celery, onion, eggs, poultry seasoning, and stir well

Add chicken broth and stir in until well mixed

Gravy

Step 25
Poor drippings from Turkey pan into pot

Add flour/water mixture until thickens
Step 27
Stir over medium heat until thickens

Cook at 350 degrees. 20 minutes for every pound the turkey.
