Instructions
Step 1
Heat a little olive oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the onion has softened.
Step 2
Add the passata and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the salmon and simmer for 4-5 minutes, then add the squid and prawns and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, until all the seafood is cooked through.
Step 4
Add the spinach and olives, season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 more minutes, or until the spinach has wilted.
Step 5
Serve immediately.
