Instructions
Step 1
Separate egg whites and egg yolks
Step 2
Place egg yolks,melted butter and almond milk in a mixing bowl and gently whisk until combined
Step 3
Fold in the almond flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt
Step 4
Whisk the egg whites using a high speed mixer until light and fluffy
Step 5
Carefully fold the egg whites into the batter until combined but don’t over beat as blinis will become flat
Step 6
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and spoon a heaped teaspoon of mixture onto pan
Step 7
Heat for around 50 seconds till golden and flip and do the same on the other side
Step 8
Repeat until all batter has been used up
