Instructions

Step 1
For the curry mix all the ingredients and cook till the tomatoes get mashy.
Step 2
Blend them to make a fine puree and pass through a strainer.
Step 3
Now heat a pan & add butter.
Step 4
Add ginger chopped and green chilly slit and sauce.
Step 5
Add paneer dices and kashmiri chilly powder.
Step 6
Add a dash of water so that chilly won't burn.
Step 7
Now add the curry along with the salt, sugar, fenugreek powder(methi powder).
Step 8
Cook to a coating consistency.
Step 9
Remove from fire, then add cream.
Step 10
Stir & serve hot😋.
