Ingredients

½ cuponion
chopped
1chicken breast
shredded, boiled and shredded unsalted
4russett potatoes
peeled and cut into bite size chunks
1 x 16 ozfrozen green chili
mild
1 boxunsalted chicken bone broth
½ tspgranulated garlic
1 Tbspcornstarch
mixed in water
pepper
to taste
1 Tbspolive oil
1 canunsalted cream of chicken soup
Instructions
Step 1
Sautee onions in stew pot with 1 tbsp olive oil
Step 2
Add chicken broth, chicken, green chili, can of soup and granulated garlic and potatoes.
Step 3
Cook 30 to 40 minutes on medium heat until potatoes are cooked. Add pepper to taste.
