Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C
Step 2
Dice carrots and chop onion
Step 3
Cook meat until brown and then tip into large oven dish with all the meat juices
Step 4
Cook carrot and onion till onion doesn't look raw then tip plain flour in and mix
Step 5
mix in both tins of diced tomato and all beef stock then stir well
Step 6
tip mixture in with the meat
Step 7
break up cauliflower and mix in and then do a HEAVY sprinkle of all purpose seasoning (or just to taste)
Step 8
mix and place in oven for 1.5hrs minimum but preferably 2hrs
Step 9
take dish out of oven
Step 10
boil potatoes and pumpkin (if using pumpkin) and place in oven dish with everything else, mix well
Step 11
Put back in oven for 1hr
Step 12
Serve with fresh buttered bread
