Step 1
Combine sourdough discard, water and flour. Mix until it forms a shaggy ball. Leave to rest 30 minutes.
Add salt, sugar, butter and yeast. Knead 3 - 6 minutes.
Leave it for about 1 hour to double in size. Once doubled, shape and put in greased loaf pan.
Tet it rise about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Bake 40 - 45 minutes. Remove from loaf pan and cool completely.
