Instructions

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, mash the banana, to this add the oats flour and wheat flour. Mix it a little. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter, egg whites and honey and start whisking it well. Keep adding milk till it becomes a nice and runny consistency
Step 2
Heat a pan, and pour a scoop of batter and allow it to cook, add a tsp of butter for it to fry well, once the pancake is cooked, flip to the other side so it cooks evenly.
Step 3
Serve hot and add the toppings.

Makes 2 pancakes
