Step 1
Cook shrimp and pasta, cool. Chop shrimp roughly. Mix Mayo and other dressing ingredients, then pour over salad ingredients. Chill at least a few hours before serving. If salad becomes dry as pasta absorbs dressing, add water or (if really dry) make a little more dressing and mix in.
