Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk 2 eggs then add the remaining wet ingredients and whisk until incorporated. Sift the dry ingredients into the bowl and whisk until combined and lumps aren't visible.









Step 2
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and chill in the fridge for 1 hour

Step 3
Spray the pan with oil spray and pour batter until a thin layer completely covers the surface of the pan. Cook for 1 minute on each side. Repeat with the remaining batter.



Step 4
Add toppings of your choice.
