Instructions
Step 1
Cube the pork shoulder and season with salt, pepper and pumpkin spice. Mix thoroughly

Dice the onion

Heat oil in pot and add garlic. Brown on both sides then remove from oil and reserve for later.
Step 4
Add pork in pot and brown on all sides. Then add the garlic back in along with the onions and bay leaves. Mix.
Step 5
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix.
Step 6
Then add apple cider vinegar and maple syrup and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover and let cook for 1 hour or until meat is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Step 7
Slice Granny Smith apples and serve alongside with the adobo
