Instructions

Step 1
Pour water into a pan and heat it until it boils. Add the couscous. Remove from the heat then set aside for 5 minutes. Fluff the mixture using your fork.
Step 2
Mix the parsley, mint, oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl. Add the chicken tenders and toss to coat.
Step 3
Place the chicken in a pan for 3 minutes on each side or until it is cooked.
Step 4
Transfer to a cutting board and cut into small pieces. Add the parsley mixture into the couscous.
Step 5
To assemble, spread the couscous into the middle of the wrap. Top it with the chicken and roll it like a burrito. Make sure to tuck the sides to prevent it from spilling. Cut it in half and serve.
