Instructions

Step 1
Cut and fry onions, bacon, garlic in a deep pan pan (at least 3l).
Step 2
Meanwhile cut the falukorv in stripes and dice a few gherkins.
Step 3
Add the meat to the pan. Mix and fry everything for a minute. Add the bouillon.
Step 4
Bring it to a boil, add dill, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Step 5
Serve each portion with a spoon of sour cream in the bowl.
