For the base

For the topping
Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients for the base together until it forms a smooth batter.
Step 2
2. For the topping, add the sliced bananas on top and sprinkle half of your cinnamon-erythritol mixture over it.

3. "Bake" in the microwave for approximately 5 minutes on 800W.

4. After cooking, sprinkle the rest of your cinnamon-erythritol mixture and add a dollop of banana quark on top.

5. Slighty heat up the hazelnut spread in the microwave. Then, mix in the greek yogurt until it forms a thick sauce. Drizzle over your oats.
