Step 1
Cut cabbage into 8 wedges; place on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 24x12 in.). Brush cut sides with Olive Oil. Sprinkle with onion, garlic salt and pepper. , Fold foil around cabbage and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat until tender, about 20 minutes. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.
