Step 1
In a small bowl add all the spices and salt
Step 2
Cut the tofu into cubes and pan fry it for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Add spices salt and tomato paste and roast for 3 more minutes
Step 4
Transfer the tofu into a bowl, add coconut yogurt, agave and lemon juice. Mix to combine
Step 5
Build the sandwich/wrap with the prepared tofu, lettuce and sliced cucumber.
