Instructions
Step 1
Heat pan with Sunflower Oil. Then, add Onion, Garlic, Grated Ginger and Dry Spices to the saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add Lentils and Vegatable Stock to the saucepan and cover. Summer for a further 10 minutes.

Meanwhile in a frying pan, fry the Curry Paste for 3 mins and then add the chopped Cauliflower to the pan, stir into the Curry Paste and fry for another 3 minutes.

Step 4
Add the Spicy Cauliflower to the saucepan with other ingredients and stir in. Then add the tin of coconut milk and stir in. Cover and simmer for 10 mins.

Then add lemon juice and defrosted peas to the saucepan. Cover and simmer for another 3 mins.

Serve the Dhal with Fresh Coriander and Rice or Chapattis
