Step 1
Fry chickpeas in some oil with salt and black pepper for around 8 mins
Step 2
Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry for another couple mins
Step 3
Turn the heat off.
Step 4
Add mayo and yoghurt and mix properly
Step 5
Add a layer of tahini or any sauce of choice on your bread, add spinach, chickpea masala and top with cucumber, red onions and sun-dried tomatoes
