Step 1
In a deep frying pan sauté onions in oil till soft.
Step 2
Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Cube chicken and add to onion and spice mixture.
Step 4
Add chicken stock to cover chicken and cook till done
Step 5
Strain stock from chicken and set aside.
Step 6
In another deep pot melt butter
Step 7
Whisk in flour till well mixed.
Step 8
Slowly whisk in chicken stock till well combined then add sour cream.
Step 9
When mixture thickens combine with chicken. Cook till bubbly. Serve over pasta.
