Instructions

Step 1
Place chicken in 6 quart slow cooker.
Step 2
Next, add green beans on one side. Then add potatoes on the other side in a mound formation.
Step 3
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic cloves. (Be sure not to squeeze lemon juice out of a bottle- recipe will not work!)
Step 4
Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken, beans and potatoes.
Step 5
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 7-8 hours. Do not open the lid during cooking time!
