This is the easiest cookie I have ever made! It’s only 2 ingredients and tastes phenomenal! Have it with your cup of coffee in the morning! You’re going to love it!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add your peanut butter and maple syrup.
Step 3
Mix until a dough forms. You don’t want to overmix! You’ll know if you overmixed if the dough starts getting tough and dry
Step 4
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and roll your dough into balls
Step 5
Using a fork, press down your cookie dough with a criss cross pattern
Step 6
Bake for 8-10 minutes and allow your cookies to cool for 15-20 minutes! Enjoy!
