Step 1
Cut bacon into 1 inch cubes and cook in skillet over mediun heat. Drain fat but save 1 tbls. set bacon aside
Step 2
Add green chillis and jalepeno and saute for 1 to two minutes

Add beer to skillet, cooking for two minutes over medium heat
Step 4
Whisk cubed cream cheese into beer until smooth. Fold cheese into mixture. When cheese is melted, stir in sour cream

Roughly chop bacon and add to cheese with tobasco and other spices. Add remaining bacon grease
