Instructions
Step 1
1: Mix the flour with the salt and fresh thyme then whisk in the eggs. Pour in the milk and whisk until there are no lumps. Place the batter in the fridge to rest for an hour. Pre-heat some Yorkshire pudding tins along with some oil then cook in an oven set at 230c / gas mark 8 for 25 minutes. Do not to open the door whilst cooking.
