Instructions
Step 1
Peel Skin from russet potato's and cut them into quarters
Step 2
Place in Microwave for 4min or until tender. A knife should be able to pierce potato but not fall apart
Step 3
Let cool until room temp. then cut each quarter of the potato into 6 separate smaller chunks.
Step 4
Place large pan on stove on medium high heat. Add butter and olive oil immediately to the pan before heating up. After butter is melted and right before butter starts turning brown, toss the potato's in.
Step 5
Leave them in the pan so a crust can start forming. Season with salt and pepper and any other season while waiting.
Step 6
Keep turning every few minutes until potato's are done. Could last up to 12min, but can go off of visuals.
