Step 1
Mix walnuts, flour and softened margarine together. Press into a greased 9x13-in pan. Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 350°. Cool
Step 2
Blend cream cheese with sugar, add 1 cup Cool whip and spread on cooled crust
Step 3
Beat milk and pudding 2 minutes on low. Pour over cream cheese and sugar blend.
Step 4
Top with Cool whip and garnish with nuts.
