Instructions
Step 1
Apple
Melt butter,peel and dice apples,add to skillet cook with melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon for about 8 minutes

Cake
First combine wet ingredients then add dry ingredients and mix












Step 3
Reserve 1/2 cup of the apples/juice and add the rest of the apples in the cake and fold them in. Pour into a lined parchment paper and sprayed 8x8 pan. Add the 1/2 cup of apples all over the top and sprinkle 2 tbsp brown sugar over the top. Bake 350 for 50-60 mins until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 4
For the glaze:
1 c powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
1/4th tsp vanilla
