Chop all veg to small chunks

Fry onions, Carrots and celery until soft

Boil the water and add stock cubes, ensuring they all dissolve to make stock

Add the stock to the pot with the lentils
Step 5
Simmer until all the lentils are soft and cooked
Step 6
Allow to cool and then blend until smooth
