Instructions
Step 1

Slice the bread & toast it until crispy


Step 2

Cut the garlic clove in half and rub it all over the bread

Step 3

Grate the tomatoes, bin the skins

Step 4
Mix a pinch of salt, pepper & a little splash of red wine vinegar into the tomato mix



Step 5

Spoon the tomato pulp over the bread. Drizzle with oil and serve!
