Instructions

Step 1
Chop the almonds.
Step 2
Cut off the edges of the toast and flatten it with a rolling pin.
Step 3
Spread on the white chocolate spread on the bottom half leaving a 0,5cm margin.

Sprinkle on the almonds.
Step 5
Place the other slice on top and press the 2 slices together with a fork.
Step 6
Whisk the egg in a flat plate.
Step 7
To another flat plate add the shredded coconut.
Step 8
Soak the toast in the egg mixture and then in coconut.
Step 9
In a pan heat up the butter and oil. Fry the toast on medium heat until crispy and golden brown.
