Ingredients

For the chicken
12chicken wings
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 TbspChicken bouillon cubes
1 tspmontreal steak seasoning
2 tspgarlic powder
0.5lime
juiced
1 Tbspolive oil
flour
as needed
For the gravy
Instructions
Step 1
Add the chicken wings to a bowl then add all of these listed spices except the flour and ingredients to chicken wings . Mix and set aside

Step 2
In a large enough pan on medium heat , add the bacon ; cook until all the grease has released , and the bacon crispy

Step 3
Remove the bacon ; lightly coat the Chicken wings in flour . And fry them until golden brown . If you need more grease to fry add a little oil.
Step 4
Once chicken is golden brown remove and set to the side . Remove excess grease except for about 1 Tbsp
Step 5
Add the mushrooms and sauté, then add the onions and shallot. Sauté and season with salt & pepper.
Step 6
Add the 1 Tbsp of butter, and garlic sauté until fragrant.
Step 7
Add the other 2 Tbsp of butter and the flour , mixing constantly over low heat to form the Roux . Then add the chicken stock
Step 8
Add the half & half and mix . Season with the listed spices. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix
Step 9
Once the sauce thickens ; Add back in the chicken wings along with the sprig of thyme and allow to simmer until the chicken wings are fully cooked

Add back in the bacon and parsley . Allow to rest for 5-8 min . Then serve.
