Instructions

Step 1
Cover cod with cayenne pepper and a bit of olive oil.
Step 2
Chop sweet potato and add salt pepper and olive oil in baking tray with grease proof paper.
Step 3
Cook sweet potato @180 for 30-35 min.
Step 4
Cook Cod @180 for 15-20 min.
Step 5
Chop up courgette and marinade in olive oil and paprika mix then fry a few min before chips and cod are done.
