Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly oil a rimmed baking sheet or baking dish.
Step 2
In small bowl, combine sour cream, mustard, and Dill. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place salmon on baking sheet and spread 2 tablespoons of sour cream mixture on top of filets
Step 4
Bake 10 to 15min until barely done in the center at thickest part. The center should be firm but with small amount of uncooked salmon in the very center. Depending on how thick the salmon is, it may need a few minutes longer. Internal tp should be around 125°F.
Step 5
Remove from oven then cover lightly with aluminum foil and let rest for 5-10min. During this time salmon will continue to cook.
Step 6
Serve.
