Ingredients
0 servings
1 lbpasta
1 tspsalt
¼ tspgarlic powder
1 cupheavy whipping cream
8 ozBrie
no rind
8 ozgoat cheese
1 cupshredded mozzarella
For the breadcrumbs
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Step 2
Cook pasta with salt and garlic powder.
Step 3
While the pasta cooks, quickly melt the butter in a skillet and add the rosemary. Keep the heat on low and cook for 5ish minutes so that the rosemary flavor can saturate the butter. Pour the butter over the breadcrumbs and shake in a container with a lid to make sure all of the breadcrumbs soak up the butter.
Step 4
Drain pasta and quickly stir in the cheeses and cream. It should look really creamy; this is a good thing since we’re going to bake it next!
Step 5
Transfer the macaroni to a 9x11” baking dish. Top with the rosemary breadcrumbs and then bake uncovered in the oven for 20 minutes or until the breadcrumbs turn slightly golden. I like them to still be soft and not too crispy.
Step 6
Drizzle the finished dish with spicy hot honey and serve hot.
