Again, highly requested for a proper recipe. Here you go, my sweethearts! Cheesey goodness that'll leave your cheese craving satisfied. It's simple to get great flavour and 'simple' is my specialty.

Instructions

Step 1
Fill a pot with water and salt it until it is as salty as the Pacific Ocean. I would at least put 4 teaspoons of salt.

Turn on the heat and bring your pot of water to a boil.
Step 3
Once the water is boiling, add your macaroni noodles and cook according to the instructions on the packaging.
Step 4
While waiting for your pasta to cook, bring out a saucepan and place it over medium heat.
Step 5
Add in your butter along with a touch of oil. This prevents the butter from burning.
Step 6
Add in you garlic and just when they reach a light golden brown, add in your spices. No salt is needed as the macaroni noodles are already seasoned heavily.
Step 7
2-3 minutes later, add in your milk and bring it to a simmer.
Step 8
At this point, your macaroni noodles should be done. Drain them through a strainer, but be sure to take out a ladle's worth of pasta water before straining.
Step 9
Back to the sauce, once the milk reach a simmer, add in your cheeses. I recommend to switch off the heat at this stage.
Step 10
Stir until the cheese is melted, then add your cooked macaroni noodles along with some pasta water.
Step 11
Combine them together on low heat and enjoy!
