I made this quick salad and stirred together before eating. Highly customisable - celery could work nicely as a veg and lentils could sub the black beans for example.

Prepare couscous according to packet

Meanwhile chop up the pepper, halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the olives

Mix the black beans with the BBQ sauce and sriracha
Step 4
Fluff with fork and add in mixed herbs and season with s&p (plus a little lemon juice if you fancy?)
Step 5
Arrange in a container and mix when ready to eat
