1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line 4 standard sized muffin cups with liners or spray with nonstick spray.

2. Mash the ripe banana. Add the almond butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully incorporated. Stir in the oats, salt, and baking powder.

3. Pour into your muffin cups. This recipe makes 4 large fluffy muffins! Bake for 22-25 minutes and enjoy!
