Peanut Butter Cookies

Instructions

Step 1
In large bowl cream butter and peanut butter. Mix 30 seconds. Add both sugars and beat till light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, combine. In medium bowl, sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture in 3 additions. Mix to combine, do not overmix. Chill about 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350. Roll into 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoon balls and roll in sugar. Make crisscross pattern on each cookie with fork. Bake about 12 to 14 minutes or till set. I took out about 2 minutes early and put milk chocolate and peanut butter chips in middle of each cookie and press down and return to oven for a couple of minutes. Cool.
