2 cAP Flour
1 cCane Sugar
1 ½ tspbaking powder
½ tspsalt
1Lemon Zest
Fresh
1 cBlueberries
Fresh or Frozen
½ cYogurt
or any yogurt
½ cmilk
⅓ cButter
Melted, or vegan butter
½ cLemon Juice
1 tspVanilla Extract
Optional
1Egg

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl combine all DRY ingredients for muffin/loaf
Step 2
In a medium bowl combine all WET ingredients for muffin/loaf. In a small bowl, Toss blueberries using 1/4 of Muffin/loaf DRY mixture until fully coated.
Step 3
Add WET ingredients to DRY until well combined
Step 4
Combine steps 1 & 2 then fold step 3 into the mixture afterwards
Step 5
Transfer to greased or parchment-lined loaf pan. Add Crumble topping.
Bake @365 for 25 mins ( or @ 350 for 45 minutes if making a loaf ).

Combine Flour & Sugar in small bowl. Then add room temp butter until crumbs form. (Microwave for 10 secs only if not room temp)
Lemon Glaze
Step 7
Combine sifted flour & lemon juice to a small bowl. Whisk until it reach desired consistency. Set aside until muffin/loaf has cooled.
